Note the cargo designation. Being a passenger on one of these would be very interesting. Every time it banks/rolls, the seats on the sides will fall/rise at very interesting g loads. Nobody has biult a plane like this before. It is unclear whether passengers would, could, tolerate it. Seatbelts would be more than mandatory. And forget any concept of eating/drinking during a flight if at any moment the slightest roll could see you at +/- a few g.

    That’s only true if you assume the volume is kept constant and the width must be used. You could use the additional space for cargo or fuel and keep a narrow central cabin.
