I went through some of the non-technical chapters. This reads like a Reddit post. It's full of generic opinions without any references or attempts at problem solving. Doesn't look like any of the contributors have released anything of their own, or have any industry experience in the areas they write about.

    Of course they don't have any industry experience, they're amateur game devs. Having grown up as one I can tell you that they learn by googling more so than the average programmer.

    Later on they will find a job in web or something and grow to hate it while also hating the gaming industry and knowing full-well that their chances of succeeding as an indie dev are very slim.

The book looks incredibly comprehensive, but how much is complete? I clicked on a few sections that caught my eye and two of them were not yet completed.
