Seeking guidance on validating and publishing a new authorization methodology

Hello all,

I’m developing a new authorization methodology. It’s currently about 60% complete, give or take.

As the sole author, I’m looking for the best place to find people to validate my approach and get constructive feedback. Also I'd appreciate recommendations on the best events or conformance to present it as well.
