Unique ones with more choices can be machine generated and checked by a human before being deployed. Nevermind, that might be hard for humans, so multiple consecutive captchas would be better. This would make brute force becomes the best option. The goal is for the crawlers to give up attempting yet another VitaCaptcha and try something else, like playing the lottery.
